New Support Platform Launched:
Support has been transferred to MC Gameland with an overall improvement of the support platform! This transfer of Support platform will not leave any old or new case unanswered or unsolved with the Support Rules remain unchanged.
You can still check GM's answer of your previous cases here
New Support Tips:
1. Only MC Gameland registered user can submit case to the new support, so it's necessary for a non - registered user to register at MC Gameland first before submitting a case.
2. After you've registered, then log to MC Gameland. You will find a Support button at lower left corner of the page.
